During the 80’s and 90’s the UK become the centre of the gastronomic world and you can find restaurants representing all cuisines from every possible country. Good cuisine guides, TV programmes and an innumerable number of books on the subject are produced to guide you through this fantastic world of culinary delights.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Costa Blanca Restaurants which are poorly marketed. The variety of Costa Blanca Restaurants is vast, but regrettably finding the kind of restaurant you want may be a laborious exercise and a case of trial and error.

With this in mind, and being fanatics of good food - especially Indian and Greek, we have found it difficult, in the enormous maze of restaurants in the Costa Blanca, to locate appropriate restaurants, so made the decision to produce what we hope is the informative and searchable Costa Blanca Restaurants.

• 1 tub of cool whip
• 1 8 oz (224 grm). can crushed pineapple
• 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) shredded coconut
• 1 pkg. vanilla pudding
• 2-1/2 cups (600 ml) of walnuts
• 4 bananas

Restaurant Reviews

Only a short distance from the golf course in Javea, lies a gem of a restaurant largely unknown to the tourist. Ma Maison will have you spoilt for choice with its extensive menu and wine list. The food is largely Mediterranean, but there are Chef's specials ranging from Duck in Fruits of the forest sauce, to fillet steak in garlic.

The staff are incredibly helpful & friendly, the prices are very reasonable (from 8 Euros per person) and the house wine is great! We can thoroughly recommend a visit.

Preparation
• Prepare pudding according to package directions.
• Once it is ready, get a large dessert bowl.
• Your first layer will be a little bit of the pudding.
• Add one banana sliced.
• Top the bananas with 1/2 of the tub of cool whip.
• Add a 1/2 cup (125 ml) of coconut, then 1/2 a can of pineapple, then add some walnuts.
• Repeat layering dependent on how much you need, and how much of the ingredients you have left.
• Enjoy!!!
